Virginia Dee Pelow, 79, of Clay, NY, passed away on Sunday December 11, 2022 in Syracuse, NY. Born in Detroit, Michigan to her late parents, Virginia L. (Barnes) Fuller and Henry Fuller on November 26, 1943. Virginia had been a telephone operator years ago for Bell South, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. She enjoyed repairing and collecting dolls, loved animals, especially canines. It was known that Virginia was a very feisty lady. She was predeceased by her husband, Duane W. Pelow on April 1, 2005. Surviving are her friends JoCarol and Scott Duerr.
