Tracy Louise Breckenridge, 65, was born in Syracuse, NY on Oct. 29, 1956. After a long illness, she went to be with Jesus on Nov. 13, 2021 in Oswego, NY.
She was predeceased by her parents, Alan and Ida (LaBarge) Breckenridge formally of Phoenix, NY; a brother, Raymond Alan Breckenridge formally of Phoenix, NY.
Survived by her four children, Daniel Lambert of Fulton, NY, David (Tina) Lambert of Oswego, NY, Andrea (Doug) Hessler of Fulton, NY, William (Carroll) Bauer of Sterling, NY; Sisters Raylene Spriggs of Mexico, NY, Regina (Michael) Beavis of Navasota, TX, and Charity (Paul) Scholes of Wolcott, NY; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. And the many that she held close to her heart as her children and grandchildren.
