Timothy M. Merritt, Sr., 48, of State Rt. 48,

Fulton, NY, passed away on Monday Aug. 12,

2013 in Syracuse, NY. He was a graduate of J. C.

Birdlebough High School, Phoenix Central Schools.

Tim was an auto body technician.


Predeceased by his brother, James L. Merritt on

Nov. 29, 2004.


Surviving are his two sons, Timothy M. Merritt, Jr.,

of Parish, and Anthony Merritt of Liverpool; his

father, Richard L. Merritt, Jr. of Fulton; his mother,

Jane (Wilson) Parker of NC; one sister, Mary Ann

Merritt; and two granddaughters.

Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, NY 13135.
