Shari Lynn Calkins, 52, of Phoenix, NY,

passed away on Thursday October 16,

2014 at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Ctr.,

Syracuse. Born in San Jose, CA on

July 17, 1962, to her late parents, Patricia

Ann (Garey) and Patsy Kuntz McElfresh.

Shari had been a bus driver for Phoenix

Central Schools and for Oswego County

Opportunities for many years.

She is survived by her loving husband of 19

years, Glenn R. Calkins; her son, Michael

Alan Calkins; her two brothers, Doug McElfresh,

and Scott McElfresh; one sister Kelly Dowell;

her sister-in-law, Patsy Krech; several nieces,

nephews, and cousins; her friends at both

the P. C. S. and O. C. O. Transportation

Departments.

Calling hours will be on Sunday October 19,

2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. with a 4 p.m. funeral

service all in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan
