Robert Whipple, Sr., 87, of Pennellville, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. He was a Navy veteran, WW II; a member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local 12; and VFW Post 5540, Phoenix. Predeceased by hi wife Fran (LaPointe) and son, William.
Surviving
are his son, Robert Jr.; four grand children; three great-grandchildren.

at graveside, at 10 a.m., on Monday June 18,in Pennellville Cemetery, Co. Rt. 54, Pennellville, with Deacon Frank Forish officiating, as well as U.S. Navy honors. Arrangements by Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St. Phoenix, NY
