Robert T. Bigelow, 73, of Phoenix, NY, passed away on Sunday January 1, 2023 with his family at his side. Born in Oswego, NY to his late parents, Roberta May (Gwaltney) and Russell E. Bigelow on January 10, 1949. A graduate of Red Creek Central High School, class of 1967. He then attended State University at Stony Brook, L. I.. Tom served in the U.S.A.F. from 1969 to 1973 earning the rank of Sergeant. He was a software specialist for Diebold, Inc., Syracuse, for 40 years. Tom enjoyed golfing, bowling, coaching T Ball, loved to travel, woodworking, a member of the American Legion Post 418, Phoenix, NY; and of late playing the Ukulele.
Besides his parents he is predeceased by his brother William E. "Ernie" Bigelow on 09/29/2021.
Surviving are his loving wife of 52 years, Alice E. (Perkins) Bigelow; his two sons, Russell Troy (Lori) Bigelow of Charleston, SC, and Kenneth Trent Bigelow of Baldwinsville, NY; 5 grandchildren Drew, Taylor, Sal, Jessica, and Olivia; one great-grandson Everett; a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends.
