Reginald John Horner, 78, of Lamson Rd., Phoenix, NY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 21, 2020 with his family by his side. Born in Syracuse, NY to his late parents, Elsie Mae (Gillis) and Roswell John Horner on May 24, 1941. He was a graduate of C. W. Baker High School, Baldwinsville. Reggie owned and operated the Hornercrest Farm on Lamson Road for many years. He was a person of faith and belonged to the Jacksonville Faith Community which is held at the Lamson Grange # 588, of which he was a member of the Grange. Throughout the years, Reggie showed ponies and horses; belonged to the N.Y.S. D.P.M.A.; and most of all he loved his family.

Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years Coneilla M. “Connie” Horner; his devoted children, Deborah (Dennis) Waugh, Sherry (Charles) Pedder, Tara (Stephen) Dwyer; Daniel J. (Shannon) Horner; and Robin (Jason) Newton; twenty grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his brother James A. Horner and wife, (Janine) Donahue; nieces and nephews; friends and neighbors. Reggie was a foster parent for 20 years. He will be missed by all.

Due to the current pandemic and rules set forth by the State of NY, graveside services were held privately in Jacksonville Rural Cemetery Association, Lysander.
