Lorraine Gail Stevenson, 68, of the town of Volney (Fulton) passed away on Monday

September 12, 2016. Born in Baldwinsville, NY to her late parents, Gertrude (Lame) Clark

and Clifford R. Clark on July 1, 1948. She was a graduate of the Phoenix Central Schools.

Lorraine was predeceased by her daughter Karen A. Cogan; three sisters Patricia Palmatier,

Mary Loveland, and Gert Baldwin. Surviving are her husband Charles W. Stevenson;

her son Peter W. Cogan, Jr.; two sisters Wilma Leach, and Joan Manford; a brother

Clifford Clark; four grandchildren Peter W. Cogan, III, Jesse L. Cogan, Mercedes A. Cogan,

and Angelica M. Manford; three great-grandchildren Lennox Cogan, Willow Cogan, and

Ebony Rosa; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and friends.

Services will be at the home of Ordale and Peter W. Cogan, Jr. at 2pm on Sunday September 18,

2016, at 473 County Route 3,Fulton, N.Y. 13069. The Rev. Vivian Summerville will officiate.
