Letha Pelkey, 86, born on 11/15/1926 and lifetime Phoenix, NY resi dent passed away on 03/20/2013. She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Perry of Phoenix; two sons, Larry (LuAnn) Dobson of Baldwinsville, and James Dobson of Wilmington, NC; a granddaughter, Star Dobson; two grandsons, Scott Marong, and Dalton Dobson; several great-grand children; several nieces, and nephews. Letha retired from Owens-Illinois, Town of Volney. After her retirement, she enjoyed tending to her flowers in her yard. She especially enjoyed going out to lunch with her friends. Letha was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Post 5540, Phoenix Memorial Post.


Services will be at graveside only and will be announced in the upcoming weeks during the Spring in Phoenix Rural Cemetery, 126 Chestnut St., Phoenix, NY 13135. There are no calling hours.
