Larry Lawrence Babcock, 65, of Minetto, passed away with his family and friends by his side on January 17, 2013. Born to his mother, Frances E. (Mills) and his late father, Bradley R. Babcock on June 4, 1947. He was employed by Oswego Industries. Surviving are his mother, Frances E. Babcock of Pennellville; his brothers, Donny R. Babcock of Syracuse, and Dennis B. Babcock of Pennellville; his sister, Kimberly S. (Richard) Anthony of Pennellville; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Calling hours are from 3 to 7 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 2013, with the funeral service following at 7:05 p.m. with Pastor Joe Folckemer officiating.
