John W. Fredette, Jr., 66 of Fulton, NY, died unexpectedly on Tuesday
November 10, 2015. Born in Syracuse, NY to his late parents, Mary
(Scoville) and John W. Fredette, Sr. on November 17, 1948. John was
a graduate of the J. C. Birdlebough High School, Phoenix, NY, class of
1968. He was an U. S. Army veteran.
John was a carpenter with Local Union 277, Syracuse. He was an avid
outdoorsman; he also was known as Johnny Corvette, and Johnny 10.
John was the best Dad ever, loved his family immensely, and was
always there for them.
Besides his parents John was predeceased by his brother Daniel.
Surviving are his children, Jolene Fredette of Fulton, John Fredette of
Fulton, Tammie Fredette of Phoenix, and Francene Fredette of Fulton;
the mother of his children, Darlene (Brad) Clark of Phoenix; his grand
children, Kelsie, Nick, Seth, Carlie, Alexus, and Johnna; his sisters,
Mary Jane and Rindy; his longtime companion Marion Martin; several
nieces, nephews, and cousins; many friends.
Calling hours are on Saturday November 14 from 1 to 4 p.m., followed
by a funeral service at 4 p.m., all in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan
Funeral Home, 431 Main Street, Phoenix, NY 13135. Burial at a later
date.
