Jeremy H. Clark, 40, of S. Granby Rd., town of Granby,

passed away on Monday August 21, 2017. He was born

to his mother Cindy L. (Eggleston) Clark and his late

father, Larry J. Clark on May 29, 1977 in Syracuse, NY.

Jeremy was a graduate of J. C. Birdlebough High School,

Phoenix Central Schools, Phoenix, NY.

Jeremy enjoyed spending a lot of time with his daughter

Jocelynn. He liked to go fishing, riding snowmobiles, and

working on motors.


Besides his father Larry’s passing in 1997, he was also

predeceased by his sister Nicole Clark in 1988.

Surviving are his daughter Jocelynn Clark of Clay; his

mother Cindy L. Clark of the town of Granby; several

aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.


Calling hours are on Monday August 28, 2017 from 4 – 6 p.m.

in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main

St., Phoenix. The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. in the

funeral home with Pastor Stan Bennett officiating. Burial

immediately following the service in Chase Cemetery, 9450

State Route 48, Phoenix, NY 13135.
