Obituary for Jack L. "Jack Rabbit Farm" Wright

Jack L. “Jack Rabbit Farm” Wright, Sr., 57, of Co. Rt. 57, Fulton, passed away at his home with his loving family by his side on Sunday August 26, 2012. Born to his parents, Norma G. (Niles) and Francis E. Wright on May 13, 1955. He graduated J.C. Birdlebough High School, class of 1973, Phoenix. He furthered his studies. He was a panel fitter for Black Clawson Davis Standard Co., Fulton, for 38 years. Jack was a union representative United Steel Workers for 35 years. He was a volunteer fire fighter for the Town of Granby, and enjoyed Quarter Midget Racing. Jack was predeceased by his Mother, Norma G. (Niles) Wright on August 19, 1994. Surviving are his loving wife, Theresa M. Darling Wright; four children Mary Wright of Fulton, Jack L. (Jody) Wright, Jr. of Fulton, Jeremy (Rachel) Wright of Fulton, Nathanael (Christine) Darling of Phoenix; his father, Francis E. Wright of Phoenix; three grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Jeremy, Jr.; one aunt, Fanny (Ziggy) Feuerherm of Ft. Plain, NY.


Calling hours are on Tuesday August 28, from 2 to 6 pm at the Allanson-Glan ville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, NY. 13135. Services are the next day, Wednesday, at 10 a.m., August 29, in the funeral home, with the Rev.
