Freda Rose Woodworth, 91, passed away in her Florida home on July 3 from complications with cancer. She was born in Smithfield, NY on October 22, 1928, to John and Ruth (Younans) Altman. She loved to tell stories and was a very giving person to a multitude of friends and relatives. She assisted her husband running their farm and in the '70s she worked at the Phoenix Central High School. She lived on the Bankrupt Road farmstead outside of Phoenix, NY for 63 years. Freda was predeceased by her husband of 54 years Cary Woodworth, 4 sisters and 2 brothers
She is survived by her 2 sons, Cary Woodworth Jr., Michael Woodworth, sister, Sister Christine Marie Altman, 2 grandsons and 4 great grandchildren.
Fritz was Interred in Phoenix Rural Cemetery. Local arrangements were handled by Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix, NY
