Frances E. Babcock, 86, of 513 Stewart Corners Rd, Pennellville, NY, went to be the Lord on February 4, 2013, with family and friends at her side. Predeceased by her husband, Bradley R. Babcock on Feb. 5, 1988; her son Larry L. Babcock on January 17, 2013. Surviving members of her family are, two sons, Donald R. Babcock of Syracuse, and Dennis B. Babcock of Pennellville; one daughter and her husband, Kimberly S. and Richard Anthony of Pennellville; 3 brothers, Harold (Bud) Mills of Parish, Howard Mills of Fulton, and Kenneth Mills of NC; several nieces, nephews, cousins. Frances was a life member of Pennellville United Methodist Church; a founding member of Pennellville Fire Dept. and Ladies Auxiliary. An employee of Pico of Liverpool, Birdseye of Fulton, and Nursery World of Syracuse. An avid bowler, and enjoyed the game of Bunco. Services are on Friday Feb. 8, at 3:30 p.m in the Allanson-Glanville- Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix, NY, with the Rev. Jeff Hodges officiating. Spring burial in Pennellville Cemetery.
