Eva M. Mills, 56, former Pennellville resident, passed away on Monday June 15,
at Michaud Residential Health Services, Fulton, after a long illness.
Born in Phoenix, NY to her late parents, Lois (Minnoe) and Thomas Kemp on
August 4, 1958. She was a graduate of J. C. Birdlebough High School, Phoenix, NY. Eva worked for Phoenix Central Schools in the cafeterias.
Also predeceased by her husband, Kevin Eugene Mills on April 4, 2010;
her sister, Barbara Jean Kemp on Dec. 6, 1976.
Survivors are her daughter, Carroll and her husband, William Bauer of Sterling;
her two sons, Robert and his wife Amand Bennett of Elbridge, and Thomas
Bennett of Elmira; her three brothers, Doug Kemp of Fulton, Joe Kemp of
Syracuse, and Mike Kemp of New Hampshire; her two sisters, Shirley Ann
Moore, and Pauline Kemp both of Phoenix, NY; seven grandchildren; several
nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours are on Friday June 19 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. followed by a
funeral service at 2 p.m. all in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home,
431 Main St., Phoenix, N.Y. 13135. Burial to follow in Pennellville Cemetery,
Co. Rt. 54 Pennellville.
