Obituary for Christine  M. Hayduke

Christine  M. Hayduke, 39 of Baldwinsville, former Clay

resident, passed away on Thursday December 22, 2016 at Crouse

Hospital in Syracuse, NY on Thursday.  Born in Oswego Hospital on January 7, 1977 to her parents Greg and Donnetta Hayduke of Clay.  She was a 1995 graduate of JCB High School

and a graduate of Brockport with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. Christine was a faithful Buffalo Bills fan.  She was a competitive athlete who enjoyed playing softball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball.  Christine was a four year member of the Phoenix Firebird marching band.She had a profound love and talent for both cooking andwriting.  Her interests also included reading, music, playing guitar, gardening and anything you could do in

the sun.  She was also a compassionate caregiver.

Christine loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a way of making people smile with her wonderful sense of humor, her beaming smile and her gentle spirit.

Predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Donal K. and Evonne (Emery) Mauser; paternal grandfather Andrew Hayduke; uncle and coach Kamden D. Mauser.

Surviving are her parents Greg and Donnetta Hayduke of Clay, NY; brother Gregory Hayduke; sister Heather Hayduke (Jeff Sloan); nephew Zachary Walter; sisterNatalie Williams (Mike Williams); nephews Michael and Nathaniel; niece Charlotte Williams; grandmother Betty Hayduke; several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and feline companion Midnight.

Calling hours are from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday January 7, 2017 followed by a 5:30 funeral service in

Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home at 431 Main

St., Phoenix.  Rev. Philip Brockmyre will officiate the

service.  Burial will be at a later date.
